CRAZY NICE VIEW

WOW THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF GARDA I HAVE EVER SEEN! AND I HAVE TRAVELED A LOT AROUND THE VENETO REGION AND LOMBARDIA. NICE GOLF COURT AND POOL.

)Began stay with very bad room (303 dirty, hot, no shelves in cupboard or even a chest of draws for a 3 night stay. Complained and got moved to a better room but still not great. Can only describe as tired. Service was very poor … no bar service during day in hotel or around pool.

Il voto 4 é una media il voto che avrei dato all’hotel e quello alla SPA. La SPA è davvero meravigliosa, grande e bellissima. La vasca delle sirene un posto da cui non andresti mai via. L’hotel un po’ meno, considerando che sarebbe un 5 stelle ma molte cose non sono da 5 stelle. Nella nostra camera c’era a parte un odore tipo fumo di sigaretta, diverse cose che avrebbero richiesto un po’ di manutenzione, ad esempio muri sbecccati (visto anche vicino alla sala della colazione), asciugamani per viso e bidet non erano in spugna, le varie luci non si possono comandare dal comodino per cui per spegnerle è necessario fare il giro della camera. La nostra camera era in un ingresso separato per cui per andare e tornare dalla spa é necessario percorrere un tratto esterno, che con le temperature di questi giorni non era proprio il top. La cosa positiva è l’accesso limitato alla spa, dove però non c’è trattamento diverso per gli ospiti dell’hotel rispetto agli ospiti esterni.

Tutto molto bello a parte lo scalda salviette in bagno non funzionante. Siamo ai primi di novembre ed avere gli asciugamani bagnati/umidi non è piacevole. Sarebbe stato da 5 stelle trovarli asciutti e caldi. Si sono giustificati dichiarando che i riscaldamenti a novembre non sono attivi e che avrebbero sostituito le salviette bagnate con delle asciutte. Gli asciugamani viso ed ospite non sono in spugna ma tessuto tipo tovaglia: li rivedrei. Il personale gentile ed attento alle esigenze rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta. Lo consiglierei sicuramente. P.s. Le divise delle ragazze in reception di tutti i QC terme sono da novizia in convento. Brutte vere. Una divida più contemporanea sarebbe un linea con la concorrenza.

Struttura antica bellissima; la spa è molto bella e ben attrezzata. La camera era un sottotetto con una finestra bassa e molto piccola quindi restava molto buia. Purtroppo non c'era acqua calda nel pomeriggio di arrivo fino alle 20. Il bistrot era invaso da mosche. Struttura 5 stelle ma non meritate nei servizi e nella gestione.
