"The area is top teir right next to the train station and plenty of stores and restaurants but the hotel is for a budget hotel. You will see the wallpaper peeling and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in years. But the room is clean if you need somewhere to sleep for a night or two it will get the job done. But don’t stay any longer like I did you will just end finding more things wrong trust me....

"A fairly small hotel out of the way, but a warm and welcoming atmosphere. -Shin-Yurigaoka station, with most of your shopping needs as well, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. -Yurigaoka station is the closest at about an 8 minute walk."

"Right next to the Kokubunji train station, very convenient. Bus line also out in front. Room was spacious. 900 Yen breakfast coupon was used in the mall next door but the food was good. Front desk was very helpful when we wanted to transport our luggage to Haneda two days before our flight. The price was reasonable, too, about 2500 Yen/piece."
