Nairobi Serena Hotel

JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

10/10 Excellent

"An excellent 5-star experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is fantastic, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nairobi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nairobi and would happily stay here again."

"Good location … easy walk into city center At first it Looks not safe… but it’s ok .. we tried to get back to the hotel area before sunset"

The Heron By Sarovar Portico India

8/10 Good

"Room was clean and staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Was very disappointed in communication regarding booking an airport transfer for my arrival. My flight arrived late at night so wanted an easy transfer from the airport to the hotel as this was also my first time in Nairobi. I emailed to arrange this and I got a reply asking for my flight details to confirm however after this email I did not get a reply back so I emailed again 3 days prior to arrival to double check and confirm the airport transfer but still no reply. I waited at the airport for a while in case they had it sorted but I ended up having to take an Uber. When I brought by this up during check in, they could see that I had emailed twice but was told that Uber is cheaper anyways."

Radisson Blu Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill

"I'll definitely go back"

Kije Place Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are amazing - Lidia, Caleb, Colin and everyone else whose names I didn't find out. The chefs, waiters, housekeeping were all amazing. Kije Place is in a great location, the food is wonderful and it's also great value for money. It's definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Above everything though, it's the people who work there who are welcoming, kind, helpful and respectful - they are the best of Nairobi, and I hope the management and ownership treat them well. Thank you!"

Fairview Hotel Nairobi, Vignette Collection by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items."

Maasai Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our 5 day stay here. Our “lodge” overlooked the river gorge with the lovely sound of the river and views of the National Park. The gardens are stunning, like being in Kew Gardens. Staff were attentive. The food in the dining room was elaborate and flavourful - with lots of choice at the buffet. We would not hesitate to recommend nor return for another visit."
