"There was no service to the room to clean or refreshing towels for the entire stay. Otherwise everything look like it had been updated and of course we were there previously for the power outage a couple years ago and I see that the electric transformers finally been replaced so I'm glad for them that a power company did that. The staff is very friendly and other than the lack of those services mentioned above, everything was great. We've been forgetting this hotel since the late 1980s"

"This hotel was great. I definitely would stay here again. It does look outdated and needs a facelift. The rooms were huge, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a suite which gave us a Fridge/Freezer, a Microwave and Sink. If I had to say something negative, I would say the walls are very thin and the breakfast options are lacking. We could hear people coming and going at all hours. And for breakfast, they had a pancake machine, bagel and bread options, oatmeal, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. There was no meat options. I would like to say that the young lady at the check-in desk was very accommodating and very helpful."

"Stayed here for a convention. It’s a little bit of a walk but the cutest hotel! Lovely staff and the historic nature of it preserved into the rooms. The only downside with some of these historic buildings is some of the noise that comes through. Lots of creaks, and a bit more noticeable when people drop things staying right above you but other than that we loved this hotel and will definitely be back when we travel through the area again!"
