Nice clean property, recently refurbished (was previously a Best Western). Room was a good size and decent shower.
Didn't try the breakfast as was very basic in another Spark we stayed in and looked to be the same setup.
Small swimming pool/hot tub beside the weights room quite nice.
Dunkin on site, a diner and convenience stores immediately across the main road, bars/restaurants/casino all within a 15 minute walk.
Short Uber/Drive to the train station into Philadelphia.
All in, a good hotel...

In general nice clean convenient hotel with adequate breakfast included. My main complaint was the charge of $100 against my credit card for “incidentals” given there was no bar or restaurant on site for spending. This took a week to refund after check out
