Steamboat theme was very interesting! Breakfast was OK, a little slow. Room was very nice and quiet. AC worked well.

The staff was amazing. The maintenance men were kind and smiled as we passed in hall. The decor was fun. The outdoor playground and seating areas were great! We had dessert at the restaurant- big portions and delicious.

Everything was great! Everything is clean and very well kept. Beautiful “ship”. The pool and hot tub area is very nice. The only complaint was our service in the restaurant for breakfast was very slow.

The interior was like a boutique hotel. The exterior was a finely manicured resort with ponds, ducks, firepits, play ground, gazebos and more. The problem was Expedia.

Overall we loved the hotel. Love that it was themed and the outdoors were adorable!!!!! Unfortunately by morning we had tons of ants crawling in our belongings in the room and nothing was even left on the floor. It really put a big damper on our experience and honestly left feeling really grossed out. Not sure if I’d recommend this hotel sadly because of that.
