Perfect Spot For a Family Weekend in the Mountains

This was one of my favorite places we have every stayed. The staff was amazing. The shuttle service was a huge bonus we were not expecting, we used it to get everywhere we went. The food was great, we ate the buffet breakfast every morning. It had a good variety. The outdoor pool was a little busy for its size, and there was a shortage on chairs, we got there earlier the second day to ensure we got some. The views were amazing. We can't wait to make this place a yearly tradition!

Great residence, facilities and location. However, the staffing (primarily valet) is limited and that takes away from experience. The rooms are nice, new and clean. The layout is strange with no bathroom door in the unit and the open shower facing the open window. The gym and pool facilities are great. The ski valet is mostly good with some exceptions. The valet service is spotty. I think there is usually just one person there who may also be the person who drives their shuttle. If that person is not there, there is no valet service at all. While it’s not a big deal, I wouldn’t expect to have to load large suitcases into the car by myself in an establishment of this caliber.

Beautiful weekend away

Its an absolutely beautiful location and the pool and spa are better than the lodge. The room was lovely and huge and they provided some great basics (e.g. dish soap). Like all hospitality, service was up and down (took 4 asks to get a hairdryer) but Irma in the resturant was amazing. Keep in mind you can't room service but they do a great job sorting out food to take away.
