Horrible service

Posted 17-May-2016
Cons: Customer service
Can't even describe how horrible was the treatment I received when I was checking in. I will never go back to the hotel because I wouldnt want to deal with the guy who "helped" me again. I guess it was really bad luck because the girl who checked in my parents was truly awesome! I wish I knew his name so I could alert everyone to avoid him at all cost.

Our experience with the reception desk staff was horrible to say the least. He was not only rude, impolite, and used insulting and abusive language. We will never go back to the Hotel which is a shame because the girl who checked in my parents was awesome!

Close to Eurostar

Posted 09-May-2016
Nice Hotel situated within easy walking distance (with luggage) of Gare du Nord (Eurostar and Metro) and Gare de lEst metro. Less than 10 mins. Helpful staff, we were upgraded immediately on arrival to a de luxe room. Clean and Tidy. Nice breakfast with plenty to go round even if you are among the last to venture out of your room. Good facilities, large flat TV, nice shower room, tea and coffee in room. Easy to travel in to the tourist centre on the metro and we walked 15 mins or so to Sacre Couer Check out the art deco interior of Terminus Nord restaurant just out side the station. Thoroughly recommended and we would definitely use the hotel again next time we visit Paris

A smart hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Handy for Gare du Nord and a very good brasserie up the road.

Estancia muy placentera el hotel es céntrico muy bien localizado a dos Cuadras de la Gare de Nord. Por fuera parece un hotel pequeño sin embargo las habitaciones son amplias y muy confortables

Weekend in Paris

Posted 29-Apr-2016
Pros: Location was good and the style of the hotel and décor is cool - didn't have breakfast for no other reason than we preferred to wander out
Location: Mamagoto for dinner Buvette for brunch
Just a quick break - the hotel was ideally suited near Gare du Nord. The hotel and the staff are really good - even got some unbrellas for the wet weather we had. Great restaurant next door as well - Mamagoto. Spa is nice to chill out in and it's quite nice to sit in the lounge and have a galss of wine or champagne before heading out for dinner. I would stay again.

Paris Hotel

Posted 19-Apr-2016
The hotel is decorated beautifully; from the first step into the lobby, to the lift and to your room. It is in a perfect location, a couple minute walk down the street from the eurostar train station, and the staff were lovely enough to speak to us in English. The facilities are excellent; there are a free selection of hot drinks available 24/7 in the lounge area, which also sports several very comfortable seats and a large flat screen tv. On our last day in Paris, we had to book out of our room for 12 and catch our train for 4:25, the staff at the hotel were more than happy to hold our luggage for an extra 4 hours until we needed it. Would we recommend this hotel? Definitely.
