While the hotel is at a good location and very close to metro, and room is good, I was very disappointed with the staff.
At check in, since we were early and just wanted to drop bags before heading for sight seeing.. V asked the girl at the desk if that is ok. She sighed and gave us bag tags and told us to put it on our bags ourselves and then put the bags in the corner ourselves.. While she sat behind the desk.. That is really poor customer service.
For breakfast, we specifically asked if it was included in our reservations and were told yes. After breakfast, we were charged 64 euros and were told that it was not part of our reservations.
All this makes it for poor customer service!!
