Upstairs of a charming renovated house with tree-lined courtyard, top-of-the-range furnished apartment bright and refurbished by a renowned architect. With a surface area of 26 m² it's perfect for a solo or duo stay. It includes a cathedral living room with open fitted kitchen (hob, microwave), a separate toilet, a beautiful sleeping area and a shower room. There is also a TV, a dining table and storage units.
