It seems like a lot of effort is put into maintaining cleanliness. However, the 12-bed dorm could use a bit more attention. With so many people, the room tends to have an unpleasant smell in the evening. They have a microwave in the back seating area and the breakfast is well worth the extra. Staff are amazing every single one were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to help. Only amendments would be some lower hooks in the accessible bathroom for people who are unable to ambulate to reach the higher ones. Adding an automatic door opener to ramped door. Accessibility-- able to move around the building independently in wheelchair only lower seating area unaccessible due to couple of steps and front door not automated but staff will come to help if you ask or knock. Lift to all floors and large accessible bathroom in basement.
