"Nice and central. So much going on in and around the Auckland CBD. The staff were accomodating when I had left key cards in room and sorted us out another couple so we could head to bed. The band performing in the Casino was so good and had everyone singing and dancing along. The only issue was how noisy the air conditioning was at night, it kept us awake"

"Great service overall. The staff was very charming and friendly. Nice live music at the lounge. The complementary gifts for my wife and I for our anniversary were very appreciated. Definitely, worth to plan a future visit, perhaps during summer time. The food was very tasty."

"Unique architecture. Harbor view room was awesome. Mini bar included an adapter for US charging devices (very helpful). Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was that the hotel bar was closed on a Sunday night. Don’t know if it’s closed every Sunday night or not (no reason given for why it was closed) but hard to believe a five star hotel would not have its bar open seven days a week. (Not saying it needs to be 24/7. It just would have been nice to have gotten a nightcap after returning from dinner.) Having said that, I would stay there again."
