We used their shuttle service from the airport and both to and from the Vatican and Trastevere. We did not go to the outdoor pool, but went to the indoor spa every day. We used the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. The pool was good sized and warm. Staff at the spa were also very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great.
