Valverde Art Space is a charming apartment located in the historic centre of the city of Palermo.  
  
A few minutes from your luxury apartment, you can reach the most famous monuments, historical places and buildings in the town. For example, just 3 minutes away you can visit the Palazzo Branciforte Museum while walking 9 minutes you can see the well-known Massimo theatre. In the area, there are many clubs and restaurants where you can taste the typical Sicilian cuisine and experience the city’s nightlife.  
  
Valverde Art Space has been recently renovated and inside has a modern and rustic style at the same time. There is a large open space living area on the ground floor, where a well-equipped kitchen is also located. In this area of ​​the house, there is a dining table, sofas, a TV, and a bookcase. There is a bathroom and a bedroom with two separate beds on the same floor. Going upstairs, you can access a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. On this level, there is another bathroom.
