The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs, has been recently renovated combining the elegant ceilings and floors with the original cement tiles with geometric lines, with modern and functional furniture with a minimal style. The entrance opens onto a hallway furnished with an armchair, a vintage radio and a console, which leads to the different environments: the living area boasts a single open space furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a balcony on Via Magione, and one with a French bed. Two bathrooms with a shower complete the layout. \*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
