The property is located 50 metres from the famous Del Capo Market (Palermo’s most famous market), filled with stalls and small local shops; 200 metres away is the beautiful Palermo Cathedral; and just a short walk away are the famous Piazza Pretoria (Piazza della Vergogna), Quattro Canti, the renowned Via Maqueda, and the world-famous Teatro Massimo, where you can soak up the wonderful atmosphere with first-class restaurants dotted along this famous street. If you’re in the mood for a swim or a relaxing stroll along the beach, there’s the stunning Mondello Beach, located just a few kilometres (7 km) away, which you can reach by shuttle or simply by renting an electric bike. This beautiful early 18th-century historic home is just a short walk (50 metres) from many exciting restaurants lining the cobblestone streets surrounding Via Beati Paoli, the historic centre of the Old Town.
This promenade leads all the way to the port of Palermo and is definitely worth a visit during your stay. This waterfront is dotted with bars and restaurants. Water sports, bike rentals, and boat tours are also available here. The port of Palermo is also within walking distance (1.5 km). If you want stunning views from above of the entire coastline and the city, head to Montepellegrino.
