This is a very clean, well maintained, and pleasant boutique hotel. Both the staff at the front desk and the staff that cleans the rooms are courteous, considerate and very friendly. It is located in Politiama near the Garibaldi Theater. It is minutes walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. I had one small issue with the shower and the staff immediately changed my room for my duration there while they corrected the issue. And they were happy to do so. This is my third stay at this property and I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a deluxe room and whilst it was kept clean by the staff, the room was tired and in need of some attention. It could also have done with some soft furnishings to make it feel a bit cosier. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but went up to the bar for a drink. Lovely views of Palermo. Great location and close to bus routes and the airport bus stop was about a 1 minute walk away.

If you're going to spend $700+for 3 nights or less, it's definitely not worth it. There are far more nicer hotels, more cleanliness and access to main attractions. If you're able to get an affordable deal here, it would be appropriate, however don't expect it to be clean or well maintained. For eg., the bathroom was not tiled thus it felt dirty majority of the time, very dusty, not as big as a traditional hotel room (think of it the size of a master bedroom washroom). If you can get 3 or less nights for under $600, I would say it's definitely worth it but don't expect an exceptional stay here. Otherwise, very good AC, elevators and wifi is good!

The location of the hotel was perfect for shops and restaurants. But the hotel experience was ok. The staff can be friendlier. But what was not acceptable was the cleaning staff left 2 dirty mattresses in the hall for more than 24 hours.

The hotel is just two blocks off of the pedestrian only old town area. The rooftop breakfast dining room with indoor or outdoor seating options was a beautiful, yummy and refreshing place to map out the day. There are loads of nearby, restaurants in old town and tons of shopping ranging in the spectrum for price and quality from souvenirs to home decor . The staff was very helpful in recommending day trips and activities. Our room was small, but very clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. They have AC and elevators.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The spa was amazing. The room was a little bit dusty, but otherwise the room and bathroom were really good. The breakfast was underwhelming, very basic breakfast and very limited in what was offered, not worth the price for it. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay, and a decent location.
