A very pleasant stay

The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues overall a very pleasant stay

First off, it is made clear in the description, but this is not a hotel with a full time reception. This did make check in and check out much harder as communication wasn't instant. To say the hotel has parking is basically saying that you can park a car in Palermo. I believe there is a valet parking facility around the corner but we struggled to get to it due to road closures. Room was very large and had good aircon and a spacious bathroom although the shower was not the best. Bed was comfortable. Now the tricky bit... Location.... Great for seeing the sites... Terrible for noise. We probably had it worse as our room overlooked the main road and we were there over a weekend, but the volume of noise throughout Saturday night was deafening. Groups shouting... Mopeds revving... Cars blaring out music... Was impossible to sleep much. Sunday was better but it's noisy from early morning. Perhaps different rooms don't have the same problem but it massively affected our opinion of the hostel.

Street noise was loud all night long. It sounded like the window was open even with ear plugs in. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. The croissants at breakfast were delicious and the staff was pleasant.

The location was good very hard to find the picture in Hotels.com is from across the street … breakfast starts at 9 and couldn’t use any of my breakfast I paid for as my hours started early…. Mist places I have used in past breakfast starts at 7 not 9, the beds are super hard in my 5 day day stay only cleaned once … I ended up paying € 12 for city tax it was only me … very difficult to comunícate in English … and very very noisy at bedtime…the owner was very nice but that was all

Struttura in pieno centro, comoda per visitare le attrazioni principali della città; abbiamo avuto un disguido con l'assegnazione della stanza che era diversa da quella da noi prenotata e la Signora Agata è stata cortese e ci ha messo a disposizione un'altra stanza; purtroppo in quella stanza necessiterebbe cambierebgli infissi perché si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada prospiciente l'hotel, sembrava di stare in mezzo al traffico...

Zeer goede ligging in het centrum. Vlotte verbinding met bus vanaf luchthaven. Meeste bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. Helaas was de ontvangst zeer onvriendelijk. Kamer bleek verhuurd te zijn ondanks het contact via whatsapp en het doorgeven van de aankomsttijd van ons vliegtuig. Uitleg was dat je moest bellen ‘‘s morgens. Geen idee waar dit vermeld was en leek mij ook overbodig gezien de kamer betaald was. Kregen na veel discussies een andere kamer en dag erna verhuis naar definitieve kamer. Verder was de definitieve kamer ok zonder meer. Ontbijt werd geserveerd in een garage iets verder. Heel vriendelijke gastheer daar die alles deed om het je naar je zin te maken. Typisch zoet Italiaans ontbijt. Jammer van de zeer onvriendelijke en arrogante gastvrouw. Dit was zeker geen aangename ontvangst. Ook geen enkele uitleg gekregen.

Posizione ottima a due passi da via maqueda e da vucciria, quindi pieno centro storico. La signora Agata e tutte le persone che ho incontrato nella struttura sono state gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. La camera tripla che da sulla strada è un po' rumorosa ma ci è stata data un'alternativa senza problemi. Pulizia perfetta. Colazione sia dolce che salata servita dal simpatico signor Francesco. Prezzo ottimo.

Séjour simple. Peu d'indication pour trvouvé l'hotel et son hébergement. Il faut s'adresser à un point de restauration rapide via ROMA- J'ai beaucoup cherché et paniqué à 23H du soir. Les petits déj sont servis à cet endroit sur le trottoir dans un épouvantable bruit avec un arret des bus devant. C'est inconfortable. Bien placé pour les visites du vieux Palerme. Souci de langage : parle qu'Italien (peu anglais) Arnaque à la navette - Prendre une autre option ou faire très attention.;

Super endroit!

Cet hotel est tenu par une famille qui fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. C'est propre, confortable, le petit déjeuner, servi dans un petit café à côté de l'hôtel, est bon et copieux. Franchement un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
