The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building accessible by stairs. The entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to different environments. The living area boasts an open space with armchairs, two dining tables of different sizes and an open kitchen complete with a refrigerator, a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. The sleeping area features three bedrooms complete with TV, balcony and air conditioning: two with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from air conditioning, heating and free wi-fi connection. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city.
