We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. A classic, old palazzo, beautifully restored, right in the center of Palermo. Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms, quiet air conditioning, and fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be sure to have a drink in the bar with Robert, a true professional with an engaging personality with amazing stories to tell Very highly recommended

We are so glad we choose this hotel for our visit to Palermo. The perfect location as it is literally right in the city center, within walking distance to everything. It is a beautiful, older, renovated building with wonderful architectural details and plesant surprises around every corner. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were very helpful in arranging transportation and special requests. The rooms are well-sized, very clean, and the beds, linens and pillows of high quality. The air conditioner runs quiet, and the bathroom and shower are large and we'll appointed As if all of that weren't enough, the rooftop restaurant and bar provide fantastic views of the city. And lastly, the breakfast buffet was well above average and a solid value Very highly recommended

This is an old world hotel that does not disappoint in its style and uniqueness. The location is right in the heart of historic Palermo with all the sights within 15 minutes walk in any direction. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop restaurant is a charming and quiet with a wonderful city panorama with mountain surrounding all around and great for sunsets. The terrace bar is quiet and private with a charming waiter who will remember you. This is a spot for travelers who enjoy an old world experience with charm. If you want to be overlay pampered and think you deserve fantastic luxury - then stay away. You’ll just complain and I don’t want the staff to have to deal with you.

Great location, was a little concern about bedding, noise, and overall quality of room based on feedback but was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is an old hotel, so something aren’t going to be perfect given the age but the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to major sites and restaurants.
