To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of the following information. Check-in is available starting from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be carried out by 10:00 AM. The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building without elevator. We remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the property and pets are not admitted. Events or parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhood.



The condominium parking is available free of charge for the entire duration of the stay; however, it is important to know that it is not an assigned parking space. Consequently, during certain periods or times of the day a free space might not be available within the condominium area and it might be necessary to temporarily park near the structure.
