Excellent service central old town location with secure parking 200 meters. Aurora and Guessipi Were perfecto. From the street One walks into a magnificent interior design accommodation great for dogs with large garden and lounge area.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location but what made it stand out is the staff! The staff was so wonderful and helpful they were always there to help or answer questions or provide recommendations. The property was beautiful with an amazing garden patio to eat breakfast. The property exceeded our expectations, it’s more of a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast. The room and property was excellent, the staff superb and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. When we checked in the hostess Daniela took the opportunity to provide us with a map and highlighted key sites to visit and appropriate walking distance, this was extremely useful. We would highly recommend this location for exploring Palermo.

I would thoroughly recommend this B&B. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was 10 out 10. It would definitely stay here again. It's so close to shops, restaurants and all the sights. Aurora, Daniella, Donna and Paulo thank you for a wonderful stay.

This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. All in all, a fabulous stay within easy walking distance to the Ballero Market ( a must see and experience!), the famous four corners and everything that bustling Palermo has to offer. Parking was easy, which is a definite plus. Highly recommend - we would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

This property is in the heart of everything… we were the crazy Americans that rented a car a drove it to this property. We made it but extremely stressful and unless you are an experienced driver for very narrow alleyway and pedestrian all over the road I highly recommend not driving… fortunately there is a parking lot and we parked our car until we left the property. The stay was awesome you are located in the best for walking everywhere. The staff were amazing. Room was nice a few steps to climb but not an issue if you are use to steps. Great place to get and the market is fantastic. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend…

Calm Hotel in the Chaos of the City

As we jostled our way through the chaotic Palermo food market under the blazing heat, we could not believe it when we opened the heavy wooden doors into the oasis of cool calm of the hotel. Daniella had fantastic customer service sharing us with us info on the hotel and then a printed map with an explanation of the layout of the city of Palermo. Our room in the attic was perfect and we loved the decor a combination of Tunisian and Italian, The hotel organised us a taxi for our airport transfer and as we had an early start a packed breakfast was delivered to the room

Hit drar jeg gjerne tilbake. Sentralt, komfortabelt og veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Det er ålreit å være oppmerksom på at man ikke kan kjøre inn til hotellet med egen bil, men det er parkering ganske nært. I tillegg er det ikke heis til rommene. Men personalet bar koffertene både opp og ned trappene - før vi hadde tenkt oss om. Veldig hyggelig opplevelse midt i gamlebyen av Palermo, med alt av yrende liv rundt oss.

Rummet och badrummet var rymliga och hölls rena. Aurora i receptionen var fantastiskt gästvänlig och informativ. Frukosten var fantastiskt bra och med möjlighet att beställa äggröra m m. Luftkonditioneringen behövdes inte när vi var där.
