Dear Guest,Thank you for reviewing our property.We are sorry to hear that you had any problems during your stay.Our reception, as described on all portals and also on our website, is not open 24 hours a day and therefore every single arrival must be scheduled in order to welcome us in the best way.Our structure is located in the center, we are on the main square of Palermo, if you were looking for the nightlife is only 600 meters away from us, so 10 minutes walk, we are just 2 steps from the main shopping street where there are the big brands.For toilet paper inside the toilet it is only an ecological issue, we care about the environment and try to do our best.We hope to have you back soon as our guest to continue visiting our beautiful city.

Breakfast is 8 - 10: signed by each guest, written everywhere and we also explain it during each check-in. You had breakfast every day at 10 and stayed in breakfast room until 10:30.
