The apartment, situated on the second floor of the building easily accessible with the lift, is finely decorated in a contemporary style and boasts wood flooring both in the living area and the bedroom, which makes the atmosphere cosier and more welcoming. Entering the flat, guests will find themselves in the living room characterised by vivid colours and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a bookcase, filled with books and CDs available to our guests and that mirrors the artistic soul both of the property and the neighbourhood. As a matter of fact, the apartment is located nearby Palermo’s Conservatoire and they will most certainly be able to enjoy its music coming in through the windows. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a single bed and another spacious one provided with a queen-sized bed and a balcony. Finally, a kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare a delicious dinner and a functional bathroom with shower complete the property. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city.
