The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and the host was friendly. The stairs are difficult if you have problems walking or heavy bags but the apartment was generally well presented and had almost every facility we needed

Ideally situated, well equipped and comfortable apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. We were able to go everywhere on foot and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Worth knowing that the entrance is up a single flight of steep stairs.

You could not stay in a more perfect location for the historical center of Palermo. The owners were super helpful and arranged an early check-in and explained how everything worked. Everything is super clean and the property is amazingly calm and peaceful due to double glazing. I had a wonderful time there.

We stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The apartment was everything we wanted. We were greeted by our host at an arranged time who showed us the apartment. It was clean and comfortable and we felt very safe there. The location was as good as you could get in Palermo in my opinion. Lots to do and lots to eat within minutes.Robert and. Loretta. This is a very nice, clean, and newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment that we felt very comfortable and happy in. It had everything we needed. It is very centrally located, but it is not noisy -- it was actually very quiet and we were able to sleep well. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful, clean, modern, fab location

Alessandra was very prompt with communication and informative with recommendations. This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, very easy access to all of the wonderful historic sites in Palermo. Parking is close and easily accessible, with a short walk to the apartment. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Location

Right in the centre of everything, yet very quiet. Alessandra and her family are welcoming hosts, who were quick to iron out some early problems with electricity and the like. A great place from which to see the city on foot. Would stay again.Note: best neighbourhood restaurant is CR21 (high end.)Good pizza: Assud Santamarina Restaurant to avoid is Bar del Centro.

Great place. Great location. AC was good. Laundry, refrigerator, coffee. Alessandra was a great host. This place is in the middle of the action but down a quiet side street. I would definitely stay here again.

There’s a lot of good reasons for the glowing reviews of this apartment and Alessandra and her family! It’s a super clean and modern apartment in a perfect location and quiet even though it’s just steps from the Quattro Conti. Above and beyond all expectations, with a welcoming family, modern appliances including AC units. I’d never stay anywhere else in Palermo!! 12 out of 10 for sure!

You could not have a better location to explore the old city in Palermo. The hostess, Alessandra, was so helpful and communicated very well using WhatsApp to overcome the language barrier. She was very responsive to our needs. There was activity at all times, restaurants cafés things to see lots of people watching lots of monuments and attractions all within walking distance. This was an excellent place to stay and very comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen, but why would you bother when the restaurants are so excellent?

Great stay in the perfect location. We looked at sooo many potential places and this was without a doubt the best location. The host was wonderful, and met us for a late check-in after our flight which was really appreciated. The bed was so comfy. We had everything we needed. Also- just around the corner was the BEST pistachio croissants at Il Cucci bakery. We will be back!
