This is a lovely quiet hotel in the heart of Palermo. Staff service was impressive. Underwhelmed by the breakfast, which looked wonderful but wasn’t anything special, but that is a minor ding.

The Alma is a lovely hotel in a great location. Michele at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We had a room facing the street which was very noisy - the only complaint.
