Very helpful staff and clean property in a great part of town. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor downside was the gym equipment was quite tired and due for replacement.

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience

Nos alojamos dos noches seguidas. Fue un lujo total. Departamento súper bien equipado, nuevo y lindo. Tiene una piscina hermosa en la terraza con reposeras. Nos encantó la decoración. Seguro volveremos!

When we arrived Nico came straight out to help with our luggage. He was really helpful with all the details of the hotel. We were given a free drink at the bar and the two barmaids were excellent. My husband said best negroni he’d had. Next morning the manager came to introduce herself during breakfast, asking if there was anything we needed help with, obviously very confident in the standard of her hotel as she should be. Breakfast was the best we’ve had throughout South America. We asked for an...

Lovely little hotel in Palermo. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful. Beautifully decorated. We had a suite and the stay was fabulous.

I'd stay again in a heart beat. Only criticism was the very basic continental breakfast included: a glass of orange juice, dried mini bread, cheap cheese and processed ham slices and a fruit chunks (from a can) in an individual pot.
Reception staff were EXCELLENT and the room felt brand new and was very clean.

We don't usually write reviews but felt we had to after spending two great weeks at Casa Sur Bellini. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. Overall though, what made this hotel special was the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to get the most out of our stay in Buenos Aires. The reception staff helped us book trips and advised us about where to go and what to see.
