Breakfast at the hotel is included and has a decent amount of choice and cappuccinos. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Ideally located to Santa Maria Novella train station, but didn’t hear any train traffic. I gave it a negative review as the bathroom stank of dampness that permeated into the bedroom as soon as you opened the bathroom door. Tiny shower, thank goodness I’m small. We asked the front desk on 3 occasions to fix the bathroom and was assured each time it was. I’m sure they just used air freshener to try to mask the odour. We were told they couldn’t move us as they were booked out. Average buffet breakfast, but they do a good picnic breakfast upon request, to take with you, if you’re leaving early for an outing. Nil tea and coffee facilities available in the room. "
