★★★★★ Wonderful Stay in Florence! We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This was small flat with kitchenette high ceilings and lots of light and room. Very clean and tea/coffee restocked each day. Staff were really helpful and friendly. A bit noisy as it’s on a busy street but ear plugs are provided! We would definitely stay again.
