Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. "Overall rather poor. The state of the facilities is quite dated, I'd estimate no major refurbishment for 30+ years. Breakfast with limited options. Very noisy alarm went off overnight at 1.15am. It kept going for a good couple of minutes, likely because the reception closed at 9pm and nobody was manning the system. If by 5am you had been lucky enough to be sleeping again (I wasn't), then the fridges in mine and other rooms would make noises similar to airplanes taking over. I had to unplug the one in my room, however many rooms must have been empty because I could hear them, every single of them. In a word, a disaster from start to bottom. I won't mention the 3 figures digit I had to part ways with to sleep in here but there you have it. "
