The location of this hotel was very quiet and private - not much around but that is what we wanted. There was one really good restaurant walking distance to the hotel that had beautiful sunset views. The beach is about a 10-15 min walk from hotel and they also provide a shuttle to the beach. The beach had white sand and beautiful turquoise water. You can have food and drinks at the beach club but if you want to sit at the lounge chairs and use the beach club pool you pay $30 per- person which seems a bit silly when the beach and the pools up at the hotel are free. There was a dj and live singer each night at the hotel providing a lovely ambiance. The hotel has amazing views of the sunset. The pools are both very nice - one is adults only. The drive into the town of Santa Teresa isn’t far but it is up winding roads. The concierge helped us make a dinner reservation at a nearby Agriturismo which was an excellent experience. Hotel room was very nice - clean and bed was comfortable.

This place was great. It's all inclusive has a great gym, has a great pool, has great transportation down to local beaches. The night entertainment was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The only thing I would say is the rooms are a little bit piccolo.

Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die grandiose Zeit!

Generell eine gute Adresse. Ein echtes 5-Sterne Hotel ist es allerdings nicht. Die Lage vom Hotel ist klasse und auch die Aufmachung und der Grundriss lässt sich positiv herausstellen. Da kommt richtig Urlaubsfeeling auf. Auf der anderen Seite fehlt es teilweise etwas an Aufmerksamkeit und Service, auch wenn das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich war. Ebenfalls sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Qualität und Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut. Dennoch wird an der ein oder anderen Stelle das Gefühl erweckt, dass während der Renovierung die Mittel knapp geworden sind und das Projekt noch nicht finalisiert ist, da zum Beispiel die Beschilderung teilweise in Bereiche führt, die es gar nicht mehr oder noch nicht gibt. Abschließend würden wir hier immer wieder herkommen, solang es ein gutes Angebot gibt und somit der Preis stimmt. :)

The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days.

Amazing hotel overall just a great property, location is spot on to several beaches that are just breathtaking. Also you are minutes from downtown and the great dining areas there. Please keep in mind that the marina is also minutes away and you can rent a boat and hit the little islands and archipelagos. Overall 5 start property and location, the only downside is the dinner buffet charge it’s 50 euros per person a bit too much for what you get. Other than that again a great experience!!

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property. Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay. The most significant problem involved room assignments. Two guests booked Superior Rooms, yet one paid considerably more and received a dramatically smaller room. The difference was obvious and felt unfair. The proposed compensation was half-board, despite our group having dinner reservations elsewhere every evening. This solution was impractical and did not reflect the price difference paid. The hotel later offered six soft drinks to the group, which felt dismissive rather than a meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Throughout the stay, staff seemed focused on explaining problems rather than fixing them. Both check-in and check-out were unnecessarily stressful, and communication was inconsistent. For example, the coffee service policy changed on the second morning without clear explanation, causing confusion. Ashley was a standout employee who genuinely tried to help, and the young woman in the hotel shop was consistently warm and welcoming. While Ivana was polite, she did not appear empowered to resolve concerns effectively. Management was particular

Unterkunft ist überfüllt und heruntergekommen, in Badezimmer lagen noch Glassplitter vermutlich von einem zerbrochenen Glaszahnputzbecher, den ich mir in den Fuss rammte und blutete. In der Suite fehlte im Fernsehzimmer eine Couch oder ein Liegesessel zum Relaxen, Dame an der Rezeption mega unfreundlich, Ashley beim Frühstück check-in sehr freundlich, der Hotelmanager ist inkompetent und kein Problemlöser, Fenster im Badezimmer ist reparaturbedürftig weil es beim Kippen aus den Scharnieren fällt, da es zuvor nicht richtig schliesst. Das Allerletzte: Gäste blocken die Liegestühle bereits frühmorgens mit den Badetüchern, obwohl sie sich sichtlich nicht am Platz befinden. Das Hotel macht nichts dagegen. Musik am Abend viel zu laut! Lange ekelhafte Haare im Badezimmer. Es fehlt an Qualität der Reinigung. Es zählt nur kommen, zahlen, nichts reklamieren und wieder gehen.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel, hier stimmt wirklich alles, das Personal so nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer geräumig und das Bett super bequem wenn mans weich mag. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum, so viel Auswahl gab es in keinem anderem Hotel. Strand jedoch nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

A beautiful resort. Stunning room. Beautiful pebble beach. We only went to the buffet for dinner - not as many options as I would have expected for the price but that might have been because it isn't peak season.

Excellent property, unless you want a beach. Beach for the hotel was rocky you would need to go to a public beach about a 5 minute drive

I was really looking forward to staying here and decided to splurge, but I left feeling VERY disappointed. While the grounds were pleasant, the beach was very dirty, unfortunately, one of the least enjoyable I visited during my eight day trip to Sardinia. Even with high winds, other beaches managed to keep their sand clean, but this one was full of debris. The room itself was average and certainly did not feel worth the expensive price tag. The air conditioning wasn’t working, nor was the TV. Throughout my trip, I stayed in several Airbnbs and hotels much less expensive per night that offered a far better experience.
