There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. A lovely barn conversion in Dolau, perfect for those looking to escape to the country.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This is a delightful well equipped property which proved cosy and comfortable , much needed in a week of poor weather. The upstairs bedroom is far superior to the downstairs, as is the upstairs bathroom but twin beds don’t suit, and we weren’t sure if they were zip and link It would be really great if they were! We appreciated decent number of dishwasher and laundry tablets, provisions for the dog, and a quirky welcome pack. Thank you."

"Home from Home" in the Bannau Brycheiniog with stunning views of the Usk Valley
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (67)
"A lovely little cottage that had everything you need. We stayed with our two young children. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it, but we have two areas that weren't perfect. Getting the boiler just right took a while. There wasnt enough hot water on our first night, so the kids ended up with a tepid bath and theln in trying to sort that out we set the boiler to come on early in the morning so we could have hot showers - the boiler is noisy and so woke us up very early. After...

"From start to finish our experience at Cobblers cottage was a wonderful one. Located in a small rural village, the sound of the babbling stream and sheep are the only things you will hear during your stay. The property is very spacious with everything you will ever need for your time here. We visited with our dog and she was welcome at the property and even had some treats waiting for her!! Ty Morgans Apartments
4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (60)
"No parking, the internet details they leave you doesn’t even exist, check in in a pub nearby even that the check in starts at 3 pm and I was there at 15:30. A builder in the complex was very rude just because I used the path to the left in an small central distribution fountain they had in the way to the apartment, once we crossed paths and he told me why I didn’t use the other side…. Dirty common areas even with beer and cider cans on the floor, house smelling to cigarettes, also only decaf...

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."
