"We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. "What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. "Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location"
