"Clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Oxford. Rooms at the back are quiet. The hotel does send a lot of messages before and during the stay which, while intended to be helpful, are a bit much - you can simply check in when you arrive. I’d stay again."

"The fact that as a guest paying around £200 a night (which is a lot of money for the general facilities of the hotel) and then you arrive to find that you also have to pay for parking at £10 per day is appalling, and leaves a really bitter taste in your mouth as soon as you have arrived at the property. Needless to say it really tinted our whole stay and I won’t be recommending the hotel to anyone. If you value your hard earned money, don’t stay here."

"I loved the unique theme. The staff were fabulous and the meals at Franks were wonderful. The A/C in the room worked great and the bed was very comfortable."
