This is a homeless shelter. We booked here just for a place to sleep on a long trip and we’re not expecting fancy but this was unacceptable. Stained comforter and people walking around inside and out barefoot and shirtless. We are compassionate and appreciate people need a place to stay but should not be in a hotel where others are paying

We only stayed one night. We weren’t in the room long enough to say anything bad or extra special. We had a good experience overall . One thing was for he only handicap unit was in the smoking area so we had to endure the smokers outside and a slight smoky smell in the room mixed with pinesol.

the property was OK, i booked for one night i probably wouldn't stay more than one night unless i absolutely had too. The hotel is connected to a bar/club. It's insanely loud at night until about 2:30am? (i'm assuming this is after the bar has closed & the drunk crowd leaves). The bedroom area was cleaned, but the bathroom wasn't the best. i ended up having to wipe down the counter & a random used wash rag was on my shower rod that i did not use. The woman at the front desk that checked me in was amazing, i checked in late and she was peachy and nice to chat with while checking in. At night expect to be caught right in the middle of a party scene and don't expect to get much rest if you are placed in the front by the bar.

Our first room had a broken heater & the room was an ice box. We moved to a new room & the bathroom door was broken along with multiple other broken things around the room. Staff was great, but highly disappointed in the condition of the hotel itself.

We went through two rooms which were both dirty (Hair In both bathroom showers and sinks as well as on the floor, dead water worms) with non-working compliances (dead fridge and broken TV), no desk, no dressers and paint pealing from ceiling before they moved us into the interior rooms that they knew were way more put together and way better than what the exterior rooms were. Breakfast was bare minimum. This location felt more like a Motel 6 than a Days Inn. Definitely not worth $100 for a one night stay.

It's difficult to get high quality employees, but those we interacted with were friendly, helpful and conscientious. We were disappointed that there wasn't any TP in one of our rooms, and the overstuffed chair was totally inappropriate for an accessible room. It was nearly impossible to get out of the chair without help as the springs were probably broken. We should have notified the receptionist but unfortunately didn't.

The 1st room the gave us was a disaster. Room looked like a party was in it, the bathroom was under construction with th toilet taken apart and tools everywhere. The send room the tries to give us the doors did not work. The third room was completely unclean. Food and dirt everywhere, stains on the floor and walls. Bathroom was so gross we did not shower. Run do not stay here!
