However, the bathroom light never worked (which would indicate it not being cleaned either), no DVD player was provided when asked for despite being advertised as available, the bedsheets were not cleaned or changed and neither were the towels replaced- cleaning appeared to be to a minimum (ie the bin was emptied). Unfortunately our room was also left insecure following the bin being emptied...
