"The hotel feel a little dated but that gives it part of its charm! The rooms are nice but feel old and in need of some refurbishment. The hottest hotel shower I have ever encounter. The breakfast is just ok and could offer more choices are the in room dinning. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Will come again."

"Perfect location for seeing all the major sights on foot or by boat. Surprisingly quiet. Free Sauna included as well as breakfast which made it excellent value for money. It was built in the early 1900 & has retained that look & feel. There was no air conditioning in our room, but as thus is Stockholm was not an issue. We loved the quirky, individual feel of this hotel so dont be put off by its 2 star rating "

"A great place to stay in Stockholm - a direct walk to Vasa/Djurgården, slightly farther but still walkable to Gamla Stan, and an easy T trip to anywhere else. Our rooms were nice but our favorite part of the hotel was the lobby, with its food and lots of comfortable seating. The room rate includes breakfast, dinner and fika (family's most popular Swedish word) and we hung out and/or ate there before and after going out every day. "

"Nice hotel, an old building that was retrofitted to be a modern hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very nice buffet style. There is a mall behind it with shopping, groceries and restaurants. US Embassy is a 20 minute walk. You can find pretty much anything you need in a short walk. The only problem was the noise. There was a party or something going on until 3 am. Quite unpleasant."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner, the room was elegent and clean. Breakfast had a large variety of good options. Public transport nearby was good. Quiet area with a few good places nearby to eat/grab a drink. Nice park just outside. The staff were excellent. "
