The hotel is very accessible for people using wheelchairs. However, in my experience, it is important to double-check everything directly with the hotel beforehand. In my case, I called them in advance to ask if the room was wheelchair-friendly, especially the bathroom facilities. They were able to book us a room with an accessible toilet, but this arrangement needs to be made early because I believe these rooms are very limited. When it comes to the bathroom itself, there was unfortunately no shower chair available. I asked the staff about it, but they said they could not provide one. In addition, the emergency/SOS alarm in our bathroom was not working, which was disappointing. The receptionist mentioned that this may not be as necessary for travelers who are not staying alone, but I still believe it is an important safety feature that should always function properly. As for cleanliness, I can say that the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were especially cozy and well-maintained. However, I was not completely satisfied with the bathroom floor, as the spaces between the tiles seemed a bit dirty and could definitely be cleaned better. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and generally wheelchair-friendly, as long as you contact them in advance and clearly explain your accessibility needs before your stay.

The room distribution is not optimized. Tha bathroom sink is tiny, when you wash your hands or brush your teeth it is impossible to keep the water inside the sink. The room needed deeper cleaning and the a/c leaks. Breakfast was good. Convenient location close to the 3 Arena. Staff was very helpful and polite. Odalis help us very much, thank you.

Ho pernottato qui per 3 notti con il mio compagno e ci è stata assegnata una camera per disabili, anche se non l'avevamo chiesta. Immagino fosse perché avevano esaurito quelle standard, ma il disagio del farsi la doccia e avere il pavimento allagato (mancava la cabina doccia) ce lo saremmo risparmiato volentieri, soprattutto perché non ci sono stati forniti tappetini per la doccia né asciugamani aggiuntivi (che abbiamo dovuto richiedere). Il comodino accanto al letto era molto sporco, di una sostanza appiccicosa, e mi ha sporcato la borsa. L'ho pulito da sola. Colazione abbondante ma di qualità non ottima e non tutti i prodotti venivano riforniti adeguatamente: la frutta secca veniva ricaricata prima che finisse, con il risultato che quella sul fondo della ciotola sapeva sempre di "vecchio", inoltre in 3 giorni non sono mai riuscita a prendere la marmellata (arance e albicocche ) perché finiva subito e veniva ricaricata molto poco. La struttura in generale è bella e fornisce molti servizi utili, il personale è cortese e la camera è risultata molto silenziosa. Alcune cose peró sono da rivedere perché rischiano di rovinare un soggiorno che sarebbe altrimenti molto piacevole.
