Clean bedsheet, comfortable bed, good location.
Room size ok, clean bedsheet (which my most concern), comfortable bed. Good location, Kuromon Ichiba market just few steps on the right of the hotel main door. Breakfast not much variety, quite standard everyday, but value for money, only $2/person if book tgt with room. Overall was good except some staff not very friendly. For 6 nights there, we found the staff hardly greet hotel guest, some staff always show black face, so most of the time we don't talk to them unless needed.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, and location
Wonderful staff, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great, location excellent to the Kuromon Market, walking distance to Dotombori and all the other tourist spots. 7-11 diagonal from hotel, and a 24 hour laundry mat around the corner from 7-11 and one in kuromon market. I found the room to be smaller than the usual Japanese hotels but was manageable. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right outside Kuromon market and has a no smoking policy however people smoke right outside the doors to the hotel. The hotel is close to Dotombori and Shinsaibashisuji if you are keen on the nightlife and really good street food. Namba station is a 10 minute walk away so it’s very accessible and well connected with surrounding places.

The hotel was very secluded and hard to find. Location not available on GPS. Hotel staff have to be prompt at the counter for room cleaning. Even after “cleaning” they still left the room with rubbish on the floor. So technically even if your things don’t fit the bin and put it near the bin, it will not be cleaned unless it’s in the bin. I would not choose this hotel again.

Our hotel may not be placed on a main, busy street but still is in approximately 1 minute walking distance from a railway station and located in a quiet area right next to the famous Kuromon Market. 非常好的酒店
距离黑门市场非常近，搭地铁如有行李从前10号出口搭电梯出来8， 9 号出口也可以到达可是只有楼梯。电梯出来右手边就有一间大国药粧店，往前直走看到一间烤神户牛肉店巷口转右边，酒店就在后面那条街，酒店斜对面有家7-11，方便极了。

Crystal hotel
Initially we booked Airbnb but it turned out horrendous. Within an hour, we tried searching for an affordable accommodation for 2 nights and we came across this! Super easy to find, about 5 min walk to Nipponbashi station and 10 min walk to Dotonburi. The person who checked us in was really efficient and friendly. Room a little small but very comfortable! Would recommend anybody to stay here!

シンプルで過ごし勝手のいいホテル
2021年12月31日に利用させていただきました。 当日別の宿泊施設にてデーユースを予約していたはずがホテルさん側の手違いでされておらず、以前より気になっていた「黒門クリスタルホテル」さんを訪ねました。ネットで調べるとこよりも先に飛び込みで予約の空室をお聞きしました。大晦日の12月31日にもかかわらず、数室空いていますとのことで「ネットでのご予約」をオススメしていただきました。大変親切で落ち着いたご対応でした。 部屋は「ダブルルーム(スパバス付)」でした。無駄な棚や物置はなく至ってシンプルな客室でした。 Wi-Fiも部屋ごとに設定とパスワードがあり、パソコン仕事・動画再生も快適でした。 今回は宿泊予約でデイユース使いでしたが、次回は一晩ゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

ダブルベットでしたがシングルのマットレスを並べたものなので隙間が気になりました。 結局片方に寄って寝たのでダブルを選択して損した気持ちになりました。 施設自体はキレイで周辺には食事や遊ぶ場所もあります。 （緊急事態宣言中でどこにも出ていませんが、、、） やはり都会なのでウーバーイーツの種類がすごくあるのも良かった。

ホテルの名前から、カップル用を間違って予約したかと心配でしたが普通のエコノミーホテルで快適でした。
