PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

It was the best part of our trip! Everything was perfect and the management was very helpful with anything we needed! Only thing I would’ve changed is having the condo supply beach towels . Otherwise is was magical!

We come to Silver Beach every February and enjoyed this unit very much. The view is gorgeous and they accept pets. The condo is clean, well equipped, and the furniture and bed are very comfortable. It's easy to cook with fresh food right across the street and a well stocked kitchen.

This was our second time to stay here & we had a very good experience! This is perfect for a couple or even one with a child. One of the few condos that allows a dog. Clean, well decorated, VERY well equipped! Nice view from balcony (even though we had to turn the very nice chairs around to face the ocean!!!!).

The condo and location were great! Only one comment regarding the construction. We had some construction periodically occurring on top of us in addition to elevator work. So that was a bit annoying some days. Also towards end of our stay, there was mopping of condo walkways. Very slippery and no wet floor signs were used. Thx for the opportunity to stay there.

Perfect location with 3 grocery stories a 3 minute drive away, places to eat close by, comfortable condo and great management. We had one tv that wasn’t working and the after hours staff tried to help and before I could get in touch the next morning they had text me to check on the tv. The problem was resolved quickly and my mother in law could watch her tv by early afternoon. We have stayed at Silver Beach before and we will be back! Thanks for a great trip.

We had a very relaxing visit. The communication with the property management was very quick , responsive and helpful. The layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed. The view from the patio is incredible. The way the patio is setup, the building blocks the wind, and there is full sun most of the day. This was especially nice because we were able to comfortably sit outside even when it was 50 degrees. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including 2 grocery stores. The Gulf State Park is only a few miles away and has miles and miles of paved trails. We took our dogs once or twice a day for long walks. The only 2 negative comments I have are small. 1)There is no deadbolt for the front door. The door operates by key pad only. Although this is a very low crime area, things can always happen. This did not allow us to fill secure when we went to bed. As a result, we went to a nearby Walmart and purchased a door stop to use in the evenings. 2) The keypad locked us out about 5 minutes before our official checkout time. We had our dogs, phones, and wallets inside the condo. We went up to get these things and were locked out. Luckily, I found a maintenance person who was able to help me track someone down with the new code. This was frustrating as we would've been out by 10 and only had those critical things as well as some blankets left to grab. Neither of those things were enough to lower the ratings, but concerning. Overall, this is property was perfect for us, and we will likely be back.

Unit was nice and clean with a big balcony.It is pet friendly, but the beach isn’t, so our pups were left inside. No sidewalks along the road to walk them (or us). Strip mall across the road. One and done for us as the area is as lacking things to do and restaurants.
