Welcome to Phoenix V, a relaxing condominium complex located in beautiful Orange Beach. This unit #1510 is located on the Penthouse 15th floor, with a breathtaking view of the amazing soft white beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

When staying in this unit, you will appreciate a spacious beach front balcony with new lounging patio furniture to sit and enjoy the cool breeze with your breakfast and coffee while watching the sunrise or a cocktail when the sun sets. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom with large windows and doors along the entire wall!

There are plenty of activities to enjoy including a weight room, racquetball court, basketball court, tennis courts, and indoor pool, then you can relax in one of the 3 hot tubs or sauna. Great location

This location is amazing. The floors were so dirty. Considering the cleaning fee is outrageous and you have to do a lot before you leave, the dirty floors were pretty frustrating. Other than that it was great.

The bed in the master bedroom is awful! It is broken and uncomfortable! Previous reviews have stated this issue and no one has fixed it yet. I would not book this condo again or refer anyone to it. Please fix the bed or replace the mattress!!

PHX V, Unit 1510

The beach is always great. Phoenix properties are dependable. I'm happy the appliances small and large were new or fairly new. This unit needs updates to furniture, it's old and dirty/stained. Primary bedroom bed, center frame supports under it are broken. Toilet runs in this bathroom (called maintenance). Shower was not clean. Secondary bathroom shower drain is clogged. Toilet occasionally runs. Shower curtain is rusty due to the hangers being very old. I'd suggest less turn and burn to make money and more quality control.

Best Beach

The view of the Gulf is impeccable!! The beach is the best i have ever been to in terms of access, white sand, and cleanliness.
