Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

The condo was super clean! We had 5 adults and 3 children and it was the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed the washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying here in the future! The pool was very nice and just a short walk to the beach.

It was a very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and he breeze. The outside of the building, including our front door needs repair, but once inside, everything’s in good shape.

Really disappointed in gaining access to the condo on check in. I stood in the heat for nearly 2 hours with a 3 month old gran baby, trying to gain access. The door code would not work. Then I thought I was at the wrong building. At this point it was ridiculous. We finall gained access to the unit and then on the morning of the 3rd day I leave and come back to the door code not working again. At this point I was very frustrated. I’m on vacation, I paid hood money to be worry free and just relax and because of these issues with the door lock I was worried that I could not leave the unit because I wouldn’t know if I could get back in. Vacasa finally got someone there to replace the door lock, but then they left my door cracked open with the door stop just enough that the unit flooded when I came a rain. So now I have another issue that was not cause by me or my family. The whole trip was ruined and I’ll never book at the summer house again and will never recommend it to anyone I know.

Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and clean. Dryer in the unit very slow. Took multiple cycles to dry clothes and towels. Pool was great. Beach was nice. Enjoyed the balcony. Fans would be a great addition. Did not have parking passes in unit. I called 2 times requesting help. Problem was documented but my call was never returned. We had notices placed on our cars warning that they would be towed. Good thing we were leaving today.

This condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for a beach vacation and the beds were super comfortable! The balcony is big enough to enjoy a sunset dinner with an incredible view of the gulf. We will definitely be back!!

Loved everything about this place. I’ve been coming to orange beach since I was 8 and always enjoy being here. This condo made it even better. As soon as I checked in I felt at home and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Definitely one of my favorites.
