Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!

A great stay at an amazing location. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing, especially Husan who looked after us on the private beach.
Snorkelling with Turtles was a real treat.
Breakfast was wonderful and once again staff were very good.

Breakfast was a wide choice and they made special gluten free pancakes for me. But if coeliac please check. Local Honeycombs and other produce.
Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel.

The hotel was a great experience we had as a family by having two deluxe rooms...it could have been better if the rooms can be connected.
The main highlight was how you found an Omani nationals working in every part of the services in that corner of the world were foreigners do most of the work.
We enjoyed our time there...tiny minor things didn't effect our stay..

Wonderful place. The service was the best we’ve experienced in the Gulf/M.E, Omani guides were so welcoming and knowledgable (great to see local people/economy supported). The food is pricey but everything we ate, we loved! I’d advise arriving at dusk - the resort looks its best at this time. Also bring mosquito repellent (or ask at front desk - they’ll give it free :) as it’s not too high or dry for knats! My only slight disappointment was the misleading photography of the place on every...

Very much off the beaten track luxury, beautifully delivered. A fabulous, unique location and lovely design and execution of the built environment which blends seamlessly with the desert around it. After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids...
