"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

"We had a pleasure stay in this hotel. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.. the only thing that we didn’t like was the fireplace that it had wood but the lights came from a fake candle, not from fire! "

"Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

"Property location is very close to gondola, a five minute slow walk. Communication and responsiveness of property manager was excellent and extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out. Good WiFi. Sauna and pool were a great addition to our stay. Kitchen could do with more tea mugs & glasses and some better lighting. We cooked in the apartment quite a bit and found some of the pots were in need of a deeper clean but nothing major. Overall great stay and would recommend! Thank you."
