"A great house with loads of space in a very quiet neighbourhood. The living space is comfortable and the beds are good quality. The kitchen was a little empty to our needs… The biggest problem with the rental of this house was the very complicated check in, the unexpected deposit(in dollars), the mistakes ( different codes given etc…), the useless app and the time taken to get an answer…"

No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go!
