入った瞬間から部屋が臭い。トイレを開けるとぷ〜んと臭う、公衆トイレのようなアンモニア臭。たくさんスプレーしても臭いが取れず、トイレのドアを開けるたびに臭う。ベッドの前のテレビの横にトイレのドアがあり、構造も変。テレビを見てて家族がトイレを開けるたびに臭いし、皆が見てるテレビの横から入るからお風呂に入るのも一苦労。朝食は普通。スタッフも感じ良かったのに、臭いのことしか思い出に無いのが、旅の最後を締めくくるホテルだっただけに残念。

部屋の取り違え

まず今回は急遽の当日予約にて宿泊させて頂き大変助かりました。 ですが、もともと4ベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、3ベッドの部屋に案内されたため、ベッドが足りない旨お伝えしたところ、すぐに用意できないとの理由にて、別途1部屋追加を提案頂き、夜遅かったため提案を受けました。 即時の対応力ではホスピタリティの高さを感じましたが、予約の取り違えは過去になく、3ベッドの価格になるわけでもなく、ガッカリ感はありました。 空港から近く、タクシー移動に便利ですが、 施設に新しさはなく、ルームキーは差込式で、 洗濯機・乾燥機は故障して1台しか使えない状態でした。 全体的にビジネスホテルのような規模感と思います。 朝食は良いです。 ですが北谷のヒルトン等、他のヒルトンと比べてしまうと、 食事や施設では大きな差があると思いました。 価格帯は異なりますが、格安というわけでもなく、ちょっと高いかな…という印象で、近隣のホテルと比べてしまうとバリューが少ないように感じました。 周辺には新しめのブランドホテルもありますし、より安いホテルもあります。 さらに足を伸ばせばより多くの選択肢があるため、 2度目の選択肢にはなりづらいと感じます。
