사정으로 개인노천을 이용할 수 없었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 숙박 팀마다 개인적으로 찾아오셔서 차분히 상황을 설명하시고 그에 맞는 많은 서비스를 제공해 주시고, 숙박비까지 환불해주셔서 오히려 환불 받아도 되나 싶을 정도로 정성스래 저희 가족을 대접해주셨습니다. 노천 온천은 다른 장소까지 태워주셔서 잘 즐기고 올 수 있었고, 가이세키는 여전히 즐거웠습니다.
