We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. 책임지실겁니까? 물어내실겁니까? 이런 불친절한 직원을 둔 야스하가 배상할겁니까? 연락주세요.제 이메일로. 韓国人職員の不親切は言葉では言い表せないほど深刻です。 韓国人のお客さんにこんなことならなぜ韓国人スタッフを雇ったのか分かりませんね。 2019年12月22日チェックインし、泰葉韓国人職員にレンタカー業者に傘を置いてきたのだから、当該売り場に電話して傘を保管してくれることを要請する内容でたった一度の電話をお願いしました。 日本語実力が足りないから頼んだことなのに韓国人職員はあざ笑うように言って日本人でもないのに日本人に対する矜持で,そんな電話しなくても日本では傘を持って行かないと傘はその場にいるだろうと電話で断りました。結論は次の日レントカー店に行ったら傘はありませんでした。 誰かが持って行ったんですか。 電話だけしてもレンタルカー店は私の傘を保管したはずです。 これからどうなさるんですか? Room is clean, service is great. What I love most is the open air bath in the room, you can see the forest view while enjoying the hot spring. It did not disappoint me at all. They have free pick up at 3:00pm at JR station. The driver is a Chinese. The hotel is 10 mins from the station. However, you are not able to walk as it is up on the hill. A welcome drink and snack were served when we checked in. My room was just next to the public hot spring so I went there twice during my stay even I had a private spa in my room. I felt the skin smoother after I went to hot spring. I booked one night with 2 meals. The restaurant is located outside the main building. The display of food was attractive and I enjoyed it very much. A foot spa's right next to the restaurant so we tried it after dinner.
