Ryokan's driver gave me a ride(shuttle service) from Yunohira station to Ryokan. And then I did check-in process. The room I stayed was very Clean. Staffs are very kind and especially, some are able to communicate well in English, so I had no difficulties durimg staying. Meal they serve (dinner on 1st day & breakfast on 2nd day) were delicious. I didn't take my phone while I was in hotspring so I don't have any picture of it, but the exterior bath was FANTASTIC. I strongly recommend you to use exterior bath uf you visit SHIMIZU RYOKAN.
