We checked in on a rainy day but thankfully don't have to wait very long. The room was ok but the windows were not cleaned. There were cobwebs and we found spider on the side of bed.
Breakfast was good as there were a variety of it. We enjoyed the breakfast

Both front desk and restaurant Staff are very attentive and helpful. The hot spring bath and massage chairs helped relieve fatigue. We are so glad we chose this hotel.
Though the Japanese-style rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms are snug, the hotel excels where it matters. The rooms are very clean with fresh bedding, and the breakfast—especially the seafood and udon—is high quality.
The standout features are definitely the grand bath and the complimentary evening lounge. The outdoor hot spring is beautifully landscaped with rocks and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Following a soak with free drinks and snacks in the lounge was the perfect way to end the night. A unique and relaxing experience that I would definitely repeat!
Love this hotel, nice views, clean place with delicious breakfast buffet with a lot of food options. Child friendly. I also enjoyed the Onsen very much.
I booked ocean room. Good sea view!
I like the breakfast very much as it has smoked salmon pancakes with hot spring eggs that are very delicious!
9 - 10pm will have free drinks and snacks. I will come again.
If you don't have a car and don't like walking up a hill or for 20 minutes to the nearest station, this is not for you. But if you can get past that, this place is gorgeous! We were on the sixth floor with a view of the mountains in a Japanese style room. Tatami mats, futon, floor chairs. The bathroom had the bidet but a regular shower bath combo. A little moldy from the lack of circulation and it smelled like urine the whole time even after cleaning. Gorgeous view7PMs of the ocean and mountains. We saw Hawks and other birds on the daily. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were complimentary. Great selection of food and drinks alcohol included. We also got access to the lounge for refreshments and drinks in between. Basement had coin laundry and onsen third floor had games and a reading area for Manga. Very enjoyable stay but again the hill was killer. The station was 20 minutes away or with a kid that doesn't want to sit in his stroller 30 lol. Very helpful staff. Only downside was the store staff helping with the luggage didn't speak English and she made us fill out the paperwork ourselves when the last 2 hotels did it for us.

The hotel is quite spacious, and the ocean view is breathtaking.
Before my visit, I had assumed that the hotel had undergone a recent renovation. However, the room we were staying in was surprisingly old. The facilities in the room appeared to have been used for over a decade. The sink had turned yellow and cracked, and the TV was small and had low resolution. The room also had an unpleasant odor.
While the scenery is beautiful, the windows outside were covered in spider webs and insects, which was quite unsettling to look at.
Expected Accor hotels would be on par or competitive with Marriott standards. Property looked grand and new from upfront. Our Japanese style room was poorly maintained and cleaned. ex. wallpaper peeling, stains on chairs, dirty toilet crevasse. View was good if windows were clean and free of spider webs. Basic and dated TV, will not be able to sync your devices.
A hotel this size, one would expect a convenient store on site. There is one about 5 mins walk away. There is little to no F&B options in the property or in the area. There is no room service.
Security was weak. No cameras as deterrent common areas, did not require key fob to access floors. The country is overall very safe. I guess this is why they did not invest in this sector.
The pool, there is a staff attendant, unsure if he is life guard, I am okay with watching my kids. He definitely didn't watch the pool. Just a heads up.
Overall, I would not recommend this property.
Buffet isn’t as good as we hope to be, overall it’s clean but hotel does show its age

Drinks and nibbles offered twice a day which was lovely after the heat of the day.
Pool was a lovely addition and great to cool off. Very clean.
Room was large although felt very dated. No headboards, lots of dirty marks on desk and lamps and the windows were celotaped to stop noise from pool.
Onsen was good.
Bathroom was extremely old fashioned and had to step up into it from bedroom.
Shuttle to train station was really appreciated and used it twice.
Air con in the room was very poor and controlled by central system so no adjustment could be made at all.
Breakfast was chaotic and loud but very good choice of foods amd drinks.

Fantastic food options. But, the building was old and bath room was small.
Dinner option was very high, no restaurants off site nearby.
I had a sore back, so I lay down on the floor in the room, within a few minutes, bitten alive in multiple places by something. (Maybe bed bugs).
The free drinks in the lounge area, a welcoming option, however it should be called kids club, so noisy it was unwelcoming! Parents keeping young toddlers up in an alcohol environment till well after 10pm, is irresponsible by the parents and the hotel staff made no effort to preserve the harmony of the environment or did not care about the guests, who actually pay for the accommodation.
