We loved our stay at this property. The location is ideal - within a short walk to Perkins Cove or some of the little beaches in Ogunquit. But there's little reason to leave the house as the view is just perfect!

We’ve been coming to OGT for over 25 years but had previously stayed in a hotel, this was our first time renting a home. We stayed for a week in July. The location was ideal, steps from the Marginal Way, convenient to Perkins Cove and also the village. We chose this house for the view, which did not disappoint. The large deck was perfect for sky watching – stars, clouds, storm coming in. We especially appreciated being able to stay out of the midday sun and still see and hear the ocean. The booking manager was accommodating and responsive, with everything from extra toilet paper to recommendations for buying fresh clams. The house is spacious with multiple common areas we could spread out in. The kitchen was well returning.

The house is so comfortable and interesting. Deck is two levels with comfortable furniture, two tables with umbrellas, and a breath taking view. Caretaker was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I would definitely rent this home again.

My friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was genuinely one of the best weekends I can remember. Kristen was a great host, very friendly, and incredibly responsive to my questions. The property has one of the best views I’ve ever seen, and its location is very convenient for pretty much any activity you want to do in Ogunquit. If you’re looking for a New England summer experience, really can’t recommend this place enough.

We had a perfect family vacation at the Frazier Pasture house. We've been coming to OGT for years, and we just had our best week ever! The house is extremely comfortable -- lots of space to hang out and listen to or watch the ocean. Kristen made sure the house has everything. The location is unparalleled, just spectacular. We can't wait to come back!

Very glad we stayed here. This home has a beautiful view and great location, close to the sea, to the town, to the beach, sounds from the sea all day and night, no need for relaxing audio, just open the windows and its right there. Lovely place even in bad weather. Kristen was a great host, responded right away to any questions we had. We will most definitely come back!

This listing is on the mark. I hesitate to rate it too highly because I want it to be available for my return! Truly can't imagine a better view, and location, anywhere in Maine. Walk to lobster rolls, candy and coffee in minutes. Clean, comfy, fully equipped, fabulous!

This property has an incredible view overlooking the crashing waves of the ocean. While it is on the Marginal Way, it sits up high and bushes obstruct the view of people walking by. It is deally located with a short walk to Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. There is an indoor porch with all glass so you can still enjoy the view even in bad weather. A very relaxing week indeed!

This house is sooo lovely. Seeing the sun in the morning on the water is breathtaking. Our very first night the sky was clear and we sat on the lounge chairs on the balcony and watched for shooting stars. It was magical. It’s magnificent to watch the water change from morning to afternoon to evening with the light and the weather. My daughter 13 and her best friend who is 15 loved that they could walk by themselves into town or to Perkin's Cove to shop. The location was easy access to the Little Beach. And the rest of the time the girls took surf lessons only a mile away up in Wells. The house itself is tasteful and very comfortable. I just loved our stay here. It was an absolute dream.

Having vacationed in Ogunquit for over 20 years, I can say that this rental home is a gem. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends. There are very few properties in the area that offer both breathtaking oceanfront views and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quaint, the house comes equipped with all the beach chairs and equipment you will need, and you are a short walk to the Little Beach and Perkins Cove. Our booking experience and communication with the property manager were very smooth. We look forward to another trip to this property.
